Elma Blint

I bought this necklace for a friend back home from the Brooklyn Flea.  

It's by a very talented designer, Elma Blint.  

I absolutely love her jewellery.  Her designs are suttle, and can be part of your everyday jewellery essentials.  Yet they still manage to make a statement. 

SICK

I have been crazy sick since Wednesday.  It's Saturday and I still feel awful.
Went to the doctor for the first time ever in NY!  It seems that I just have a cold.  A very bad one.

Being sick in NYC is the WORST!  I feel like I'm wasting my time resting when I could be out and about enjoying my weekend!  So I'm going to take some Nyquil tonight.   Which will pretty much knock me out for a good 10 hrs and force me to rest.

Fingers crossed I get better soon!

Apologies for the lack of written updates.  It still feels weird in the city, things aren't 100% back to normal.  But on the up side, the trains are back up and running!
